This class was designed to bring together the feeling of East Coast intensity to the West Coast’s chill in a space where it’s safe to try new things, take chances and sweat. Be prepared to jump into body-burning moves with yoga-like poses that dares you to be a kid again.
A high intensity workout utilizing a specific timing signature to make both the time and sweat fly. Tabata Training is a great way to spice up your workouts, burn more calories and get more out of your exercise time.

Time to bring the babies to the mat! This practice is for you and your little one; and, it has been designed to help reclaim confidence, strength, and flexibility as we encourage bonding with your baby in a nurturing and welcoming environment. A little bit of fitness and yoga has been carefully put together to improve overall muscle and core strength, reactivate good posture, and relieve tension in the body. A special part of class will be focused on baby massage and yoga for them. We ask that babies are infants 6 weeks to beginning to crawl. Partners are welcome to attend and participate.

Get ready to re-ignite your core post-baby. We will focus on gaining back strength as well as developing healthy fitness habits in and out of the studio. All mamas are welcome to attend no matter how long ago you had your babe. Everything we do in this class will be safe and supportive keeping pregnancy healing in mind.
