At HUSTLE, our spice is variety.  Our classes are high energy, meaningful and creative.  With the support of our experienced coaches we strive to provide workouts that leave you wanting more.

So, whether you have been working out for years, are rehabbing an injury, are going through a prenatal/postpartum journey or fitness is new to you, let’s do this together.  All fitness levels welcome.

BOOTY

The Class:
In this lower body focused class, we will combine high intensity cardio with strength training to burn that booty. And of course, we can’t forget those inner thighs, outer glutes, hamstrings, quads and calf muscles.

Resistance bands, weights, steps, bosu balls and sliders.

The Class:
HIIT cardio and heavy strength training combined push you to your limit. Don’t fear this one, learn to lift and test the body.

POWERHOUSE

The Class:
Leave the cardio behind and get ready for a full body strength-focused class. Our coaches will take you through a series of strength-building movements with a major focus on form. Don’t be fooled, just because there is no cardio, doesn’t mean you won’t leave this class breathless & sweaty.

TRX STRENGTH

The Class:
This is not your average TRX class- get ready to stay in a constant state of movement. We will push, pull, twist and balance to improve posture, strength and flexibility. You choose the challenge as body position on the TRX adds or decreases resistance.

TRX, dumbbells, and resistance bands.

The Class:
High intensity, low impact and full body movement. This mat Pilates inspired class uses balance, stability and body awareness to strengthen muscles, ignite the core and improve postural alignment.

MOVE

The Class: 
Set to a fiery playlist, MOVE flows through a series of upper body, lower body and core exercises. Work to develop a strong mind to muscle connection while increasing your cardio endurance, improving body awareness, and developing stamina.

The Class: 
Come get your sweat on with this rhythm based strength class. Set to the beat of the music this fun and challenging program will have your full body on fire and your core strengthened in no time.

SWEATCON

The Class:
This mat based, circuit-style workout has been carefully designed to test your limit and power up your strength and conditioning using timed intervals.

The Equipment:
Bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, steps, bosu balls, and much more.

MOBILITY

The Class: 
This class will mobilize you through active stretching in the spine, shoulder and hips, head into deep core activation and end with static relaxing stretches. Learn to explore the outer limits of your mobility, center yourself in your body and recover from the hard work you’ve done and will do throughout the week!

YOGA FLOW

The Class: 
Our signature yoga class set to soulful music brings together creative and thoughtful sequences using breath and alignment as the guides. Mantra, meditation and mudra round out the practice. You will be invited to spark your inner child through inversion offerings, spinal rotations and forward and backward bending. We will end our practice through rest and relaxation.

Yoga Blocks, Yoga Straps and Bolsters

SWEAT + SOCIAL

The Class: 
Come in for the sweat and stay for the social. The class is a full body mix of strength and cardio with a longer stretch to finish and then we stick around and socialize with our fellow hustlers with drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) provided

THE LU METHOD:
PRENATAL + POSTPARTUM MAMA

WORKOUT EXPECTATIONS: We love, honour and take care of our Hustle mamas through carefully crafted training sessions aimed at building trust in the body, strength in the mind and support for the baby. Classes range from strength-based programming, yoga inspired stretching to movement with babies.

PRENATAL STRENGTH

The Class:
The ultimate workout for prenatal bodies. You will be carefully guided through a low impact training session designed to build confidence, empower the mind and strengthen the body during pregnancy. Mamas are coached in labor prep postures, breathing techniques, core stabilization, and life with babies. Postpartum mamas are always welcome. Hands-on adjustments offered.

Dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, bosu balls, TRX, and stability balls.

The Feels:
Awaken the mind to muscle connection with an opportunity to sweat in a supportive space.

POSTPARTUM + BABY

The Class:
This practice is for mamas and babies. We work to feel strong, reactivate good posture, reclaim confidence and relieve tension. This class encourages bonding with babies in a nurturing environment. Baby massage, when time permits. We ask that babies are infants six weeks old to crawling. Prenatal mamas are always welcome. Hands-on adjustments offered.

The Equipment:
Dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, bosu balls, TRX, and much more.

The Feels:
Baby snuggles and squats. Strong mama arms and core to hold those growing babies.

MAMA MOVE

The Class:
Specifically designed for mamas that are ready to MOVE beyond our Postpartum +Baby class which is approximately 8 mo. to one year after birth and beyond. You can expect the beginning of class to include igniting the core with a good dose of pelvic floor work. Then, it will be time to push your cardio threshold with optional high impact movement. Class will finish off with strength conditioning and a yoga inspired stretch. So we are calling all Toddler Mamas minus the little ones for this workout because it’s the after-hours bedtime fitness party!

TRX, dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, bosu balls, stability balls, ankle weights and sliders.
