Hustle Mamas and Babies, join us for an exciting and information filled postpartum journey series. The virtual workshops are designed to be interactive with our team of Hustle community experts and of course our powerhouse group of Hustle mamas.
Anyone looking to learn more about life with a baby is welcome to attend including partners, prenatal persons, and caretakers. Please bring questions with you. Each participant will receive a special gift bag for your participation.

Sleep Consultant, Bridgette Clare
Megan Kilvert is a pediatrician at Fairmont Pediatrics and at BC Children’s Hospital. At BC Children’s Hospital, she works on the Clinical Teaching unit, providing care to children admitted to the pediatric ward. In this role, she is involved in teaching residents and medical students. Meg is also invested in supporting pediatric residents as they navigate the many challenges of medical training. She loves the variety of general pediatrics and enjoys working with children of all ages.
When Meg is not working, she loves to spend time with her husband and children exploring this beautiful city. She likes to stay active by running and swimming. In the summertime, you will find her on the ultimate frisbee field. She also loves to cook, read, and complete jigsaw puzzles!
Bridgette Clare is a real woman. A mom, wife, friend, fitness coach, nutritionist and sleep consultant who believes that life is meant to be lived, wide awake and ready. With a practical approach, she is all about that real talk, simple solutions, and real simple guidance to support you and your little one to get the sleep you deserve.
Abbie Gardiner is a naturopathic doctor with a focus on the health of women and children. As a
mom herself, she is passionate about working with women through pregnancy and postpartum
care. She also has experience in managing digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, chronic
fatigue and sleep disturbances, and mental/emotional concerns. Abbie believes that education is the key to living a healthier life and therefore strives to educate her patients on their health conditions and empower them to make small changes daily towards healthier living.”
Nomi Mate is a registered nurse with nearly eight years of experience working in the public healthcare
system. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at UBC to accelerate her up-
word mobility in the healthcare system and ultimately affect change in a leadership role.
Throughout her career, Nomi has worked in the speciality of public health focusing on maternal-
newborn health, immunizations, communicable diseases and most recently, working in schools
with children and youth. In her free time, Nomi enjoys spending time with her nieces and
nephews and fitting in her favourite workouts at Spin Society and Hustle.

Joanne has been practising physiotherapy since 2004. Through these years, she has gained significant experience treating a wide range of injuries for all ages and fitness levels.
Throughout her practising years and because of a keen interest, Joanne has developed a niche in treating patients in pre- and post-natal care, especially as a mother of two herself. Through her years of treating pelvic girdle pain and dysfunction during and after pregnancy, she has also pursued further education in pelvic health physiotherapy. This knowledge enables her to assess and treat pelvic health issues such as pelvic pain and urinary incontinence, both very commonplace in the pre and post natal population. Joanne is passionate about helping you return to your “pre-baby” lifestyle!
