THE HUSTLE WORKOUT

Which class should I choose?

Read through the class descriptions and choose one that sounds fun and challenging to you. We highly encourage you to try a variety of Hustle workouts as they are all designed to leave you feeling motivated, strong and excited to lead your best life.

What if I’m new to working out, dealing with injuries or it has been a long time?
Hustle has your back. Our class are open to all levels of fitness. We welcome those starting their healthy lifestyle journey to those with years of gym experience. Our Trainers will support you through injury modifications, pregnancy, postpartum and life experiences that affect our physical bodies.
Are there beginner classes?
We welcome beginners to every class therefore we do not have any beginner only classes. Please arrive 15 minutes before class if it is your first time to Hustle so you can meet your Coach and the workout can be discussed.
How often should I go to Hustle?
While we recommend 3-5 classes per week to see real change physically and energetically there is no magic number. The number of classes you can participate in each week will also depend on your schedule and individual fitness goals. It is also just as important to incorporate rest, especially if you are new to working out.

Need more information on when and how to work out, ask a coach or book in a private training session.

How long will it take to see results?
Stick with us and you will feel the afterburn fast. Working out at Hustle 3-5 times per week will result in feeling motivated, confident and ready to take charge in a matter of 2 weeks but we highly encourage a consistent workout lifestyle that will optimize results for you in a minimum of 2-3 months. We have a feeling you will be hooked in 2 weeks’ time.

BOOKING A CLASS

Where do I book a class?
Login to your account online or register in studio.
What is the cancellation policy, or I miss class?
If you are unable to make it to class, we ask that you cancel at least 12 hours prior. This gives other clients the opportunity to book in with advance notice.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before class starts this is considered a late cancel and you will forfeit the class if you are on a class pack.

If you late cancel (less than 12 hours) and you are on a membership package your credit card on file will be charged $20 for the missed class.

How far in advance can I book a class?
Hustle clients are able to book 7 days prior to class that way you can plan your week.
What if I’m late for class or cutting it really close to the start?

In all honesty we understand that sometimes getting to class can be stressful with children, traffic, work schedules and general life situations but we know once you get here it’s worth it! With that said, those final minutes before class begins is critical to setting everyone up for success and a safe experience. We do require that you are present five minutes before class begins.

If you are late to class (less than 5 minutes after class has started) and we have not given away your spot to the waitlist, just check in and come on in without disturbing your fellow Hustle trainees up to 5 minutes after class has started. Beyond 5 minutes, you will be considered a late cancel subject to our cancellation policy and are welcome to book into the next class that works for your schedule.

Can I just show up for class without reserving a spot?
You sure can! If you are new to Hustle, give yourself at least 15 minutes before class time to create an account and sign up in studio. If you have become familiar with our website, check to see if the class you want to attend is full or waitlisted.
What is the waitlist policy?
Lots of our classes sell out. If the class you want is sold out, you can get on our wait list. As people cancel, you will be automatically added in the order you had signed up.

If you secure a spot more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class, we will notify you by email. If a spot doesn’t open by then, you still have a chance of getting in. Just show up at least 5 minutes before class starts and once, we have our no-show count we’ll start going through the wait list in order.

Can I change my class reservation?
If your class is outside of the 12 hour no-cancellation window, you can choose another class or add yourself to an existing waitlist. If you have to change your reservation less than 12 hours before the class you have signed up for then the Hustle cancellation policy would apply. Sorry, no exceptions.

ANYTHING ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW

What do I wear or bring to class?
Light-weight, breathable athletic fabric is advised for all classes. We ask that you wear non-marking shoes appropriate for wood floors. Those attending yoga class we ask that you change to bare feet so that you do not slip. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or use on of our Hustle mats.
Do you offer child minding services or can I leave my pet in the lobby?
As much as we’d like to share our space your children and pets, we unfortunately cannot be liable for anything left in our lobby area. Of course, those clients attending Hustle classes with babies, please refer to our class descriptions for appropriate ages.

Should I eat before class?
We recommend eating a small snack of approximately 200-300 calories an hour before class to support your workout and ensure you have enough energy. The snack should include protein, sugar and carbohydrates. A handful of nuts and some fruit are foods that could work before making it to class.
Can I workout with an injury?
You will have to make that call under the appropriate supervision of a doctor, physiotherapist or other rehab specialist. If you are cleared by your doctor, please let your Hustle coach know about your condition before class so they can provide modifications where and when necessary. We highly encourage you listen to your body and use caution when working through an injury.
Can I participate in class while pregnant or if I just had a baby?
Please consult your medical professional first. We welcome prenatal and postpartum participants into our classes but listen to your body. If working out is brand new to you or it has been a while and you find out you are pregnant, please speak with a Hustle Coach to ensure the right class is selected. We may also suggest a private training session with one of our Coaches.

At Hustle, we do offer classes specially geared towards mamas and babies, so please check out our class listing for additional options!

Is there a cell phone policy in the studio?
The policy, is no cell phones on the studio floor. Please leave your phones in a locker. We all know how distracting phones can be during a workout and they can also become a potential safety hazard for you and others.
