At HUSTLE, our spice is variety.  Our classes are high energy, meaningful and creative.  With the support of our experienced coaches we strive to provide workouts that leave you wanting more.

So, whether you have been working out for years, are rehabbing an injury, are going through a pre/post-natal journey or fitness is new to you, let’s do this together.  All fitness levels welcome. Time to Hustle for that Muscle!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

WORKOUT EXPECTATIONS: We will work to enhance the quality of your movement through increased muscle strength, power and speed. Be prepared to lift strong, use body weight to its maximum effort and challenge your mind to stay in the game. We know it’s not easy, but you know it’s worth it.

HUSTLE BOOTY + BUILD

The Class:
In this lower body focused class, we will combine high intensity cardio with strength training to burn that booty. And of course, we can’t forget those inner thighs, outer glutes, hamstrings, quads and calf muscles.

The Equipment:
Resistance bands, weights, steps, bosu balls and sliders.

The Feels:
Elevate the heart rate, fire up the glutes and leave your legs begging for mercy.

SWEATCON STRENGTH

The Class:
18 movements put together for a full body experience. This interval-based workout has been carefully designed to test your limit and power up your strength.

The Equipment:
Bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, steps, bosu balls, rowers, TRX, battle ropes, and much more.

The Feels:
An all-natural endorphin high that might leave you breathless.

TRX AMP’D

The Class:
This is not your average TRX class- get ready to stay in a constant state of movement. We will push, pull, twist and balance to improve posture, strength and flexibility. You choose the challenge as body position on the TRX adds or decreases resistance.

The Equipment:
TRX, dumbbells, and resistance bands.

The Feels:
Sore muscles you never knew you had.

ENDURANCE

WORKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Physical activity that focuses on aerobic performance is the backbone of these classes. Think high reps, creative quick movements and increased cardiovascular strength through high and low impact exercises.

CONTROL

The Class:
High intensity, low impact and full body movement. Practice using balance, stability and body awareness to strengthen muscles, ignite the core and improve postural alignment.

The Equipment:
Bodyweight, variety of dumbbells, resistance bands, sliders, bosu and stability balls.

The Feels:
Burn baby burn.

BARRE BURN

The Class: 
Pulse it, hold it, tone it. BURN it. This class is designed to target your arms, legs and core through cardio bursts and barre inspired movements. Through micro-movements you can expect high-rep and low-weight endurance exercises.

The Equipment:
Resistance bands, weights, steps, bosu balls and sliders.

The Feels:
Internal heat fueled with lots of shaking.

HUSTLE X

The Class: 
Hustle X is an immersive experience where music consumes the body through powerful rhythms of strength building movements that gives your mind the space to breathe in and workout.
Balance, stability and body awareness are tested to empower muscles, ignite the core and improve postural alignment.

The Equipment:
Dumbbells, resistance bands, blocks, sliders, pilates ball.

The Feels:
The ultimate sweat session leaving you wanting more.

HUSTLE GROOVE

The Class:
A cardio class centered around dance. Bring your friends, learn some new moves and let it all go. Be prepared to rock it out to an explosive and rhythmic playlist. No dance background required, just a desire to have fun!

The Equipment:
Bodyweight.

The Feels:
Why be moody when you can shake ya booty?

RECOVERY & MOBILITY

WORKOUT EXPECTATIONS: It’s time to relax, stretch and move the body to prepare it for the stress of training. These classes will reduce the risk of injuries, while improving workout technique and range of movement. Then, settle the mind with breathwork.

MAMA & BABY

WORKOUT EXPECTATIONS: We love, honour and take care of our Hustle mamas through carefully crafted training sessions aimed at building trust in the body, strength in the mind and support for the baby. Classes range from strength-based programming, yoga inspired stretching to movement with babies.

HUSTLE MAMA

The Class:
The ultimate workout for prenatal bodies. You will be carefully guided through a low impact training session designed to build confidence, empower the mind and strengthen the body during pregnancy. Mamas are coached in labor prep postures, breathing techniques, core stabilization, and life with babies. Postpartum mamas are always welcome. Hands-on adjustments offered.

The Equipment:
Bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, bosu balls, TRX, and much more.

The Feels:
Awaken the mind to muscle connection with an opportunity to sweat in a supportive space.

HUSTLE BABY

The Class:
This practice is for mamas and babies. We work to feel strong, reactivate good posture, reclaim confidence and relieve tension. This class encourages bonding with babies in a nurturing environment. Baby massage, when time permits. We ask that babies are infants six weeks old to crawling. Partners are welcome to attend and participate. Hands-on adjustments offered.

The Equipment:
Bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, bosu balls, TRX, and much more.

The Feels:
Baby snuggles and squats. Strong mama arms and core to hold those growing babies.

MAMA YOGA

The Class:
You will be guided through meditation, breathing exercises, stretching, fluid strength movement and playful dance all designed for the pregnant body. This class is a true breath of fresh air as you progress through pregnancy. All trimesters welcome. Postpartum mamas are always welcome. Hands-on adjustments offered.

The Equipment:
Yoga mat, block, strap and bodyweight.

The Feels:
Warm heart and thankful body.

CORE FIT POSTPARTUM

The Class:
Get ready to re-ignite your core post-baby. We will focus on gaining strength as well as understanding how to utilize the pelvic floor on and off the mat. All mamas are welcome no matter how long ago you had your babe.

The Equipment:
Bodyweight, resistance bands and balls.

The Feels:
Safe and supportive pregnancy healing.

YOGA AFTER BABY

We focus on bringing back breath to the body, re-energizing the core, improving balance, and stretching those mama muscles.

Yoga mat, block, strap and bodyweight.

The Feels:
Muscle release, clear mind and open heart.
